The golf course redevelopment, the development of the Motorcoach Resort and
the construction of a portion of the club facilities has not commenced or is not
complete, and there can be no assurances given that these club facilities will be
completed, completed on the anticipated schedule, or, if completed, that such club
facilities will be completed as presently planned.
